Meat bread from ground chicken
Ingredients
• 400 g ground chicken
• 1 egg
• 1 onion
• 100 g low-fat hard cheese
• 1 tomato
• 2 tbsp. tomato paste
• greens
• salt, pepper
Preparation
1. Chop the onion and sauté it in water. Mix the ground meat with the onion, egg, salt, pepper.
2. Cut the cheese into small cubes, and the tomatoes – into slices, chop the greens.
3. Add cheese and greens to the ground meat, mix everything well. Put the mixture into a baking dish, spread the top with tomato paste, place tomato slices on top.
4. Bake the bread at 230 degrees for 30 minutes. Take out the bread, drain the excess liquid, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 30 minutes.
5. Done! To improve the taste, you can add basil, coriander and other spices to the bread.
