I didnt think it would be so effective! The mixture from horseradish and ginger roots helped me deal with a problem I couldnt solve for years. I was losing weight, but my belly wasnt getting smaller. It turns out you need to stimulate the body with natural fat burners, get rid of excess fluid, give up bread, and thats it!

Homemade fat-burning cocktail:
Ingredients:
√ Freshly grated horseradish - 125 g,
√ Lemons - 4 pcs,
√ Honey - 3 tsp,
√ Cinnamon - 2 tsp,
√ Grated ginger root - 1 tbsp,
Preparation:
1. Blend horseradish with ginger. Add lemon juice and cinnamon to the blended mixture.
2. Add honey to the mixture and stir everything.
3. Store the prepared remedy in the refrigerator.
Drink the syrup for 21 days, 2 times a day, 2 tablespoons each. Preferably before meals or workouts. After completing the course, take a week break, then you can repeat it.
