Did you know how `dairy products`, wine, gluten, and sugar `reflect` on our face? Skin care expert - doctor Nigma Talib believes that the food and drinks people consume have the property to instantly `appear` on the face.
In her many years of work, including with celebrities, Nigma noticed that facial skin can tell a lot. Therefore, it is important to learn to recognize the SOS signals that our body sends.

Alcohol, lack of sleep, and improper eating will definitely reflect on our face. Moreover, Nigma Talib`s `black list` includes: wine (alcohol), milk and dairy products, gluten, and sugar. She has repeatedly confirmed that the cause of early wrinkles, acne, skin redness, and other problems is precisely these products.
1. Wine (and other alcohol)
Symptoms: worsening of wrinkles, redness of the eyes or redness between the eyebrows (liver projection area), drooping eyelids, dehydrated dry skin with enlarged pores, prominent wrinkle network, reddened cheeks and nose, deep nasolabial folds.
What to do: abstain from alcohol for at least three weeks to restore balance in the intestinal tract. If it`s about holidays or friendly gatherings, choose dry wines, as they contain less sugar and more benefits.
2. Milk and dairy products
Symptoms: swollen eyelids, bags and dark circles under the eyes, spots and small white pimples on the chin (reproductive organs projection area).
Reason: One reason is poor assimilation of these products by some people. But there is another. One glass of store-bought milk can contain more than twenty hormones and chemicals, including natural ones and those added to cow feed (antibiotics, antifungal preparations, growth activators, painkillers). Such components can disrupt hormonal balance, accelerate skin cell growth that blocks pores.
What to do: abstain from dairy products for three weeks. Soon you will notice improvement.
3. Gluten
Symptoms: swollen red cheeks, dark pigmentation spots, and inflammation on the chin.
What to do: abstain from products containing gluten: cereals, flour and pasta products. Instead, use products containing beneficial dietary fiber for the intestinal tract (bran, dried apricots, etc.). Drink more water to get rid of cheek swelling.
4. Sugar
Symptoms: wrinkles on the forehead (digestion projection area), sagging skin around the eyes, sallow face in gray or pale color, thin skin, pimples can appear all over the face (as well as on shoulders and chest). Some studies show that eyebrows can become thinner, which is related to increased load on the adrenals (insulin production).
What to do: abstain from `additional` sugar portions (cakes, cookies, sweet fruit juices and carbonated drinks, refined carbohydrates, technologically processed products). Start by reducing the `sweet dose` by half, then reach a minimal or `zero` sugar dose.
