Exercises for the sciatic nerve
Exercise No. 1
1. Lie down on a flat surface. Bend your leg.
2. Hold the bent leg with both hands and slowly move it towards your chest as far as possible. Hold in this position for at least 30 seconds.
3. Return the leg to the starting position and repeat the exercise 2 more times.
Exercise No. 2
1. Lie down on a flat surface. Bend your knees.
2. Cross your legs as shown in the picture, holding them with your hands. Stay in this position for 30 seconds or more.
3. Return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise 2 more times.
These exercises can be performed separately or as a complex. They are supported by doctors and recommended to their patients.
