Place your palms on the back of your head. The pads at the base of your thumbs should be behind your ears. Interlock your fingers. Press the back of your head with your finger pads in the rhythm of breathing. That is, press when inhaling, relax when exhaling. Repeat 5 times.

Place your fingers on your forehead above your eyebrows so that the thumb pads are on your temples. When inhaling, softly press with the pads on the outer edges of the eyebrows toward the center. Relax when exhaling. Repeat 5 times.
6. Exercise № 6
Place the palm of your left hand horizontally on your forehead, grasp the base of your nose with your right hand. Regardless of breathing, slowly move your hands in different directions, only softly and without jerks. Repeat 10 times.
