Puff pastry – a find for those who like pastry products but don`t like to fuss with them for long.
Making classic puff pastry is quite complicated. It`s easier to buy ready-made, store in the freezer and take it out when you feel like baking something.

Recipes for ready-made puff pastry
Puff pastry contains most B-group vitamins, which are very beneficial for the skeletal system. Such pastry has high energy value and quickly satiates the body. It`s enough to eat 150-300 g of pastry products and you`ll gain strength for the whole day.
Ready-made puff pastry is a magic wand. From it, you can make interesting and simple pies, puff buns, cookies. You can make puff baskets for snacks, croissants, pizza, and even chebureks. We`ve compiled the most interesting recipes for you.
Puff pastry roses with ham
Puff pastry roses with ham will make a great children`s breakfast or addition to lunch or dinner. However, considering that making the roses takes little time, you can prepare them quickly when unexpected guests arrive.
Ingredients
• 400 g puff pastry
• 200 g ham
• 150 g hard cheese
• 1–2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 garlic clove
• greens (dill, parsley, basil) to taste
Preparation
1. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Cut thin slices of ham (you can use doctor`s sausage or any other sausage to your taste) and cheese.
2. Chop the greens and garlic, mix them with mayonnaise and spread this mixture on the dough sheet, leaving a 3-5 cm wide edge.
3. Evenly place the ham and cheese on the dough. Leave the ungreased edge free. Roll up the dough so that this dough edge is on the outside. You can moisten it with water to seal the roll tightly.
4. Cut the roll into 4-6 cm wide pieces. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. You can brush the top of the roses with egg yolk and sprinkle with poppy seeds or sesame seeds. Bake the rolls in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Open puff pastry buns for breakfast
It`s time to give up butter sandwiches for breakfast. Open puff pastry buns are much tastier and don`t require much time to prepare.
Ingredients
• 200–300 g puff pastry
• 3 eggs
• 6 slices of bacon
• 50 g hard cheese
• salt, pepper, greens to taste
Preparation
1. Roll out the dough and cut it into 7-10 cm squares. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Fold the edges of the squares about 1 cm high.
2. Crack one egg into each resulting square and add a couple of bacon slices. Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with chopped greens and grated cheese.
3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the puff buns for 10-15 minutes.

Puff pastry buns with pineapples
Puff pastry buns with pineapples – just the recipe that will save you when you want something like that, but quick.
Ingredients
• 500 g puff pastry
• can of canned pineapples (rings)
• 1 egg
• powdered sugar
• sesame seeds or poppy seeds
Preparation
1. Take the pineapples out of the can and remove excess moisture with a paper towel. Cut the rolled-out dough into 2-3 cm wide strips.
2. Wrap each pineapple ring with dough strips as in the photo and place on a baking sheet (don`t forget the baking paper).
3. To make the buns golden and shiny, brush the top with beaten fresh egg.
4. Bake the buns in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle the finished buns with powdered sugar. You can also use sesame seeds or poppy seeds for sprinkling.

Braids with chicken and cheese
Ingredients
• 300 g yeast-free puff pastry
• 300 g smoked chicken breast
• 200 g hard cheese
• 1 egg
Preparation
1. Roll out and cut the puff pastry into about 2 cm wide strips. Take one strip, place finely chopped chicken breast and grated cheese on it.
2. Cover with another strip, fasten them together at the base. Carefully twist the strip into a spiral. Do the same with the remaining strips.
3. Place the finished braids on a baking sheet (don`t forget the baking paper), brush with egg and put in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

Closed cottage cheese buns
Ingredients
• 500 g yeast-free puff pastry
• 400 g cottage cheese
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 eggs
Preparation
1. With a mixer, beat two eggs with half a cup of sugar and cottage cheese. When the mixture becomes homogeneous, add the remaining sugar and beat again.
2. Roll out the dough and cut into circles or squares. Place 1-2 tablespoons of cottage cheese mixture on each.
3. Fold the edges like little pies. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment and brush with beaten egg.
4. Bake for 30–40 minutes at 180 degrees.
