Sometimes silence is the best answer. What do we want, what are we looking for in this world? Health, peace, money, love? Tibetan monks have a very wise answer to this question: we seek happiness within ourselves to share with others.


Tibetan sages have left us many tips on how to live happier and more fulfilling lives. We recommend getting acquainted with some of them.

Tibetan wisdom:

1. Speak slowly, think quickly.
2. Do not judge people by their origin and family.
3. When you say `I love you`, say these words sincerely, from the heart, and not out of habit.
4. When you say `Sorry`, look the other person in the eyes. Asking for forgiveness must be genuine.
5. Never joke about other people`s dreams and do not prevent others from following them.
6. Give people more than they expect from you and do it with joy.
7. Always keep in mind your favorite poem or quote that contains everything important to you.
8. Do not believe everything you hear, do not spend everything you have; fall asleep as if tomorrow will not come.
9. The greatest love and the greatest achievement are always associated with the greatest risk.
10. When you lose - try to learn the lesson.
11. Respect yourself, respect other people and learn to take responsibility for all your actions.
12. Do not let a small argument ruin a great friendship.
13. If you have made a mistake - do not try to hide it. On the contrary, do not be ashamed to admit it and try to fix it.
