Heart attack and stroke – nearly 70% of all deaths worldwide. Seven out of ten people die from blockage of heart arteries or brain vessels. In almost all cases, the reason for such a terrible end is one – high cholesterol.
The facts are not reassuring: an increase in cholesterol levels sooner or later leads to the accumulation of atherosclerotic plaques on the walls of blood vessels.

Over time, cholesterol plaques increase, and blood flow through the vessels is interrupted. Therefore, the question of how to clean blood vessels from cholesterol is more pressing than ever. Garlic tincture for cleaning blood vessels is an excellent choice, as the main ingredient is widely available, and it is also a great immunomodulator.
Garlic is rich in vitamin C, vitamin B6, and manganese. But the main benefit of garlic for the human body is not vitamins and microelements, but a powerful natural antibiotic called allicin. Interestingly, allicin was first isolated from garlic alcohol extract in 1944.
The most important property of allicin is its ability to make the formation of atherosclerotic plaques reversible and thus restore blood vessel patency.
After completing a full course of garlic tincture, many noted a sharp increase in performance and mental activity, weight loss, and improvement in overall well-being.
Garlic tincture with alcohol
Ingredients
• 350 g garlic
• 0.5 l 96% alcohol
Preparation of the tincture
1. Finely chop the garlic or crush it in a mortar.
2. Mix with alcohol.
3. Store in a dark place for 10 days.
4. After 10 days, strain the tincture through a sieve. Leave the bottle with alcohol to settle for a couple more days.
The tincture should be taken according to the following method:
1. On the first day, take 1 drop in the morning, 2 drops at lunchtime, and 3 drops in the evening.
2. The second day starts with 3 drops in the morning, 4 drops at lunchtime, and 5 drops of tincture internally in the evening.
3. On the third day, take 5 drops in the morning, 6 at lunchtime, and 7 drops in the evening.
4. The fourth treatment day starts with 7 drops of tincture, 8 at lunch, and 9 drops for dinner.
5. The fifth day should begin with 10 drops, 11 drops at lunch, and 12 drops at dinner.
6. On the sixth treatment day, take 15 drops in the morning, 14 drops at lunch, and 13 in the evening. From this point, continue decreasing the drops by one unit until you reach one drop in the evening on the tenth treatment day.
7. On the eleventh day of use, start taking the tincture diluted with 50 mg of milk (about a tablespoon), three times a day, counting 25 drops each time. And so on until the entire remedy is finished.
Prepare the tincture in the fall, when the garlic is freshly harvested; the latest start date for using the remedy is the end of January, when the garlic still has strength. Later, it is no longer effective. During cleansing, drink at least 2 liters of water per day to ease liver function. Move more, do not drink coffee, strong tea, cocoa, do not use spicy spices and herbs.
A repeated treatment course is recommended after 5 years. The medicine should not be used by people with increased stomach acid levels, gastritis, and stomach ulcers.
It is understandable that if during the use of garlic tincture you feel an exacerbation of any chronic disease or discomfort, the treatment course should be stopped and you should consult a doctor.
Also, do not forget that the problem of high cholesterol levels is complex and cannot be solved without dietary changes.
