The thing is, this cute little house has an area of only 16 m², and a family of 3 people and even a dog live in it.

Someone might think that in such dimensions it`s impossible to organize normal human conditions. But don`t rush to conclusions before you`ve looked inside!

This micro-house has everything: bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedroom, balcony and even a small closet.

The house is, of course, wonderful! Personally, I`m a huge fan of such economical houses, but the question remains, why did the family decide and agree to such conditions?

The Oskirko family from Belarus started building a house for themselves and their children near Minsk. During construction, they lived in a rented apartment in the city, which cost them a large sum. But every time the family wanted to go from the city to nature, they had to spend a large amount of gasoline.

And then they decided to build a small, temporary house near the main one...

The new building cost them $4600, but now the family saves $500 a month compared to the rented apartment costs. It should be emphasized that the amount for utilities is simply ridiculous.

The family is not bothered by the small square footage; they feel quite comfortable in the new walls.

`None of us suffers from claustrophobia. It`s not that cramped for us, if you look at it. In the evening, light from the living room to the upper level barely shines: someone can work, someone can rest. Fresh air is provided by two ventilation ducts: in the bathroom and kitchen. If you need to ventilate properly, it`s enough to open the door for just half a minute.

Optimally, such a house would suit one person or a couple. With children, it`s harder. But everyone understands that this is a temporary solution for us. We`ll finish the big house - we`ll move there. There`s not much left to do`, says the family head Viktor Oskirko.

If everything suits them, then we can only rejoice for the decisive Belarusian family!
