Brother and sister, Carlos and Camino Alonso grew up in a big city, where they dreamed of a house in the countryside where they could relax in the summer with the whole family. When they grew up and stood firmly on their feet, they decided to turn their childhood dream into reality.

At a family meeting, a decision was made to purchase a country house. It was planned that in the new suburban villa, the family would relax during summer vacations, and in other seasons, rent it out as a small hotel.

Carlos and Camino had looked through several real estate sales ads. After considering all options, they came across an ad for the sale of an old cow barn at a very low price, which was also located in a very beautiful place. Essentially, the price was the deciding factor, which is why they decided to buy it.
