To maintain health for many years, you need a complete diet. It is important to reduce fat intake, as well as choose the right sources of carbohydrates. The fact is that carbohydrates are necessary to obtain the maximum amount of testosterone. It is important that they are slowly metabolized carbohydrates: fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes.
3. Sleep regime
