How to check if your credit card number is correct:

1) Take your card number:

4417 1234 5678 9113

2) Multiply every second digit (from the right side):

(4 x2) 4 (1 x2) 7 (1 x2) 2 (3 x2) 4 (5 x2) 6 (7 x2) 8 (9 x2) 1 (1x2) 3
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(8) 4 (2) 7 (2) 2 (6) 4 (10) 6 (14) 8 (18) 1 (2) 3

3) Add the multiplied digits with those that were not multiplied; if a two-digit number is formed after addition, then add those two digits (e.g., 14= 1 + 4):

8+4+2+7 + 2+2+6+4 + 1+0+6+1+4+8 + 1+8+1+2+3 = 70

If the result is divisible by 10, then the card number is correct!
