Juicy chicken cutlets

INGREDIENTS
450 g chicken fillet
400 g cauliflower
100 g mushrooms
1 bell pepper
1 onion
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
0.5 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons dill
2 eggs
2 tablespoons oil
salt, pepper to taste

PREPARATION

1. Wash the divided cauliflower and boil until ready. Drain the excess liquid.
2. Wash the chicken fillet, peel the onions, mushrooms, and peppers, then cut everything into pieces. Add the cauliflower and grind all ingredients in a meat grinder.
3. Add salt, black pepper, paprika, eggs, and dried dill to the ground meat. Mix thoroughly.
4. Form cutlets from the ground meat, first wetting your hands in cold water. Roll the cutlets in breadcrumbs and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
5. Heat a pan, add oil, and fry the cutlets on both sides until done.
