Caitlin Smith from the US city of Portland has always been the object of ridicule among her peers because she has always suffered from excess weight. Nicknames like `fat cow` or `fatty` were the mildest words she had to hear about herself.
When Caitlin was in her last grades her scales showed 190 kilograms. Considering that the girl`s height was only 165 cm!
As graduation time approached she had to endure more and more mockery. Especially painful were the jokes that she wouldn`t be able to find a graduation dress for herself because dresses of that size don`t exist at all...

A little more than a year before graduation the girl realized she couldn`t continue living like this. She gathered herself and started successfully losing the extra kilograms.
The parents hired a personal trainer for their daughter who created a special exercise program for weight loss and prepared the necessary diet.
The girl persistently trained 6 times a week and it gave results. In 15 months she managed to lose more than 90 kilograms! After such intensive weight loss the girl had to surgically remove excess skin but that didn`t discourage her.
To inspire other people losing weight she created a special video showing her weight loss process step by step.
