A couple of months ago, I was at a gynecologist`s appointment, and he recommended that I sleep without underwear. The doctor was so convincing that I tried it and was surprised by the changes that happened to me within a month.

Sleeping without underwear is equally beneficial for both women and men! It`s the best prevention against various infections.
