I asked for time off from work and rushed to the school. In the principal`s office, my daughter was already sitting, a boy with a broken nose, his parents, the teacher, a woman who works as a school counselor, and the head of the educational department.

— Finally, you decided to join us! — the head of the educational department said poisonously.

— Sorry, I had a busy day. We brought in a 7-year-old boy who needed 40 stitches after his fleshy mother beat him with a pan. After that, I had a long conversation with the police who came to find out what we did with the injuries, — I explained the situation.

I got the impression that the teaching staff was more outraged by my daughter`s action than by the boy`s action.

— And you want to know if I won`t start making accusations of sexual harassment against my daughter and at the same time, if I won`t write a complaint about the school where it happened? — I asked those gathered.

After my words, those present got worried and immediately started making excuses.

— I don`t consider what happened serious, — the teacher said hastily.

— Let`s not make hysterics over trifles, — the school counselor supported him.

— I think you are overreacting, — the head of the educational department tried to cool me down.

As strange as it may seem, the boy`s parents were rather on my side. The father was beside himself and he looked at his son with obvious reproach, but the boy`s mother even started crying... At the same time, I asked my daughter what happened.

— He constantly pulled me by the bra. I asked him to calm down, but he didn`t react. Then I complained to the teacher and he told me not to pay attention and ignore the hooligan. After a minute, the boy pulled the straps again and so that the bra unfastened... I couldn`t stand it and punched him in the face with all my might, — my girl told.

My indignation knew no bounds:

— So you allow the boy to do that? Why didn`t you stop him? Maybe come to me now and I`ll stick my hand in your pants?

— What?! No!!! — the teacher was stunned.

— Then why do you allow children to do what you consider unacceptable for adults? Then go to the counselor lady and pull off her bra! Or do it to the boy`s mother, or to me... You think that when 15-year-old children do it, it`s funny? Maybe you also want to take off my daughter`s bra?!

The teacher fell silent and the head of the educational department intervened in the conversation:

— With all due respect, madam, don`t forget that your daughter still beat another child.

— No, she just defended herself from sexual harassment. Look at them: the boy is a head taller than my daughter and twice as heavy. And if there is no defender in the class, including the teacher, it`s understandable that she had to defend herself!

After my words, silence fell in the office, only the boy`s mother continued to cry.

— I`m taking my daughter home. I think the boy has learned his lesson and nothing like this will happen again. And I hope that in the future not only my daughter, but also all the girls in the school will no longer suffer something similar, otherwise it will end with calling the police.

The scandal had an echo and soon the school principal turned to me and my daughter with apologies, and my daughter was transferred to another class...
