This eating regimen is quite extreme, with a significantly reduced calorie intake, so it`s not recommended to follow it for more than 3 days.

Three-day diet
1. First day
Breakfast: half a grapefruit, 1 slice of whole grain bread, 2 tbsp peanut butter, tea without sugar.
Lunch: 100 grams of boiled chicken fillet, 1 slice of whole grain bread, tea without sugar.
Dinner: 100 grams of boiled chicken fillet, 3 tbsp cooked green peas (can be canned). For dessert - ½ banana, 1 apple.
2. Second day
Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 slice of whole grain bread, ½ banana.
Lunch: 100 grams of cottage cheese, 1 egg, tea without sugar.
Dinner: 2 sausages, 100 grams steamed broccoli, 2 fresh carrots. For dessert - ½ banana and 100 grams diet yogurt.
3. Third day
Breakfast: 1 slice of whole grain bread with a couple of pieces of hard cheese, 1 apple.
Lunch: 1 egg, 1 slice of whole grain bread, tea without sugar.
Dinner: 100 grams of boiled chicken fillet. For dessert - ½ banana and 100 grams diet yogurt.
During this diet, it`s mandatory to follow the drinking regimen: 1.5 liters of water per day. After the diet, for another 4 days, eat in moderation, excluding flour products, sweets, and fried foods.
