Kefir with beets
Three-day shake with kefir and beets works great when weight loss stops and the arrow on the scale won`t budge no matter what.
The diet includes a rather meager diet throughout its duration. 1 kg of boiled beets, 1.5 l of low-fat kefir, 1.5 – 2 l of water – these are all the products that need to be eaten during the day. A sufficient amount of water is necessary to prevent dehydration of the body, as a lot of fluid is excreted along with the waste.
The specified amount of products should be eaten in 5 – 6 times. If such food (quite fresh and monotonous) `doesn`t go down`, you can grind the beets in a blender and mix with kefir. You get a wonderful cocktail.
After three days of strict diet, the diet can be expanded by adding boiled meat and fish (up to 400 g per day, divided into three portions). In the next 4 days, it will be useful to eat a couple of apples and citrus fruits. The result will exceed all expectations!
Such body cleansing – a rather radical method, so if you have serious disorders in liver, stomach or kidney function, it`s better to choose gentler weight loss methods.
