How to remove fat from hips

1. Wall sits

Approach the wall and press your back against it. Leaning against it with your shoulder blades and tailbone, take a half-step away and place your feet shoulder-width apart. Keeping your back straight, slide down so that your knees and shins form a 45° angle.

Stay in this position for 30 seconds, then return to the starting position. Perform 4 sets of 10 squats. See how you can remove excess fat!
2. Exercise `Frog jumps`

Stand straight, place your feet shoulder-width apart, then squat without lifting your heels off the floor, keeping your back straight, and lower your buttocks as close to the floor as possible.

From this position, jump up, turning 45°. It`s not necessary to jump high; the main thing is that both feet leave the floor. Perform 8 jumps with a turn to one side, then, completing a full rotation around your axis, do another 8 jumps in the opposite direction. After a short rest, do another 3 sets.
3. Exercise `Pillow squeeze`

Sit on a stable chair (without wheels). After inhaling, squeeze the pillow with your knees as hard as if trying to squeeze out all its contents. Hold this position for a minute, trying to breathe as evenly as possible. Repeat the exercise 3–4 times. This will help remove fat from the buttocks!
4. Exercise `Hip raises lying on side`

Lie on your side and support yourself on your forearm so that your head is in line with your spine. Move the upper leg back and, exhaling, lift the lower one as high as possible.

Hold this position for a few seconds and return to the starting position. Perform 4 sets of 10 reps for each leg.
