Having ordered oysters in a restaurant, a 53-year-old American woman found 50 pearls in one of them. The unexpected find was revealed when the woman felt something hard in her teeth.

`We have never seen anything like this before. We have had cases where one pearl is found, but 50 – never,` – said the restaurant manager Greg Herdzests.

After that, the establishment`s staff cleaned the pearls and packed them for the lucky visitor.

`It was her oyster, so the pearls are hers too. It`s just like winning the lottery,` – added the manager.

He also said that the oysters supplied to the restaurant are harvested in the Gulf of Mexico in the state of Louisiana.
