My story is similar to every woman: from my mother`s side, all the women in our family are plump. This trait was inherited by both me and my daughter, so all my life I`ve suffered from excess weight problems, following various diets because I`m afraid of developing diseases typical for overweight. HEALTHY DIET
LOSE WEIGHT PROPERLY
First day
Lunch: orange, glass of yogurt, boiled egg.
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices of toast, 1/2 cucumber or a small bowl of salad, 2 tomatoes.
Second day
Lunch: orange, glass of yogurt, boiled egg.
Dinner: Slice of toast, 125 g red meat, cup of tea or coffee without sugar, orange.
Third day
Lunch: cucumber, orange, boiled egg.
Dinner: 125 g red meat, orange, slice of toast, cup of coffee or tea without sugar.
Fourth day
Lunch: Slice of toast, orange, 125 g cottage cheese.
Dinner: 125 g red meat, orange, slice of toast, cup of coffee or tea without sugar.
Fifth day
Lunch: slice of toast, 200 g meat or fish, tomato.
Dinner: 225 g boiled carrots, potatoes and green peas.
Giving up sweets and 30 minutes of exercise a day will help lose up to 7 kilograms!

The diet menu is planned for five days. After completing this cycle, take a break for 2 days, then start over. On the days when you take a break, don`t try to eat for the week ahead. Diversify your food with healthy products, completely excluding alcohol and salt.
