It also doesn`t contribute to a slim waist. You need to give it up first. Approach this with all seriousness; you need to exclude not only sugar in its pure form but also all products that contain it.

Such products include juices in tetrapacks and yogurts with fillers. If complete abandonment of sugar is impossible, try replacing it with honey (in small amounts), which will be much healthier.

You also need to monitor the amount of salt consumed. It retains water in the body, and its excessive content can cause swelling, which won`t add to your beauty and health.
4. Potatoes

Many love fried potatoes, but they are an extremely harmful product for the body. Potato starch increases the waist and belly and doesn`t promote weight loss at all. If you can`t completely give up potatoes, consume them boiled and in small amounts.
5. White rice and semolina

White rice also hides starch - the enemy of a flat stomach. You don`t need to exclude it completely; you can reduce rice consumption to once a week. You can eat brown rice; it`s much healthier.

But it`s better to completely give up semolina, as it only increases fat deposits and won`t allow you to lose weight.
6. Bananas and grapes

Fruits are very useful and should be consumed. They are rich in fiber, which cleanses the body of toxins and waste. But there`s an exception here too - bananas and grapes.

These fruits are high in calories and don`t promote weight loss. Better choose oranges, peaches, or apples.
7. Smoked products and canned goods

These products contain an incredible amount of fat and provide no benefit to the body. It`s better to completely give them up. You can add various spicy tomato sauces to this list, and especially mayonnaise.
8. Fast food products

Simply forget about fast food products and their existence once and for all. They not only have an incredible amount of calories but also slow down metabolic processes. Flavor enhancers make you eat much more than necessary. All this doesn`t promote weight loss at all but has a destructive effect on health.
