Canapés with crayfish tails
INGREDIENTS
- 200 g crayfish tails;
- 2 fresh cucumbers;
- 1 tomato;
- 150 g pitted olives;
- 100 grams lettuce leaves;
- 100 g mozzarella cheese.
PREPARATION
1. Remove the crayfish tails (ready-made) from the marinade. You can also use ready-made shrimp instead.
2. Slice the cucumbers into rounds, tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces. Slice the tomato into wedges and remove the seeds.
3. The ingredients are prepared; now it`s time to assemble the canapés. There will be two types: one with crayfish tails, the other with tomato.
4. For the first ones, skewer a crayfish tail on a canapé stick, then an olive, and insert it into a cucumber slice.
5. For the second ones, skewer a small piece of mozzarella cheese on a canapé stick, then an olive, and insert it into a tomato wedge.
6. Your original and unusual appetizer is ready!
Canapés with olives and mint
INGREDIENTS
- 10 olives;
- 20 mint leaves;
- 0.5 fresh cucumber;
- 100 g mozzarella cheese;
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds;
- 40 g pine nuts;
- 1 tbsp lemon zest;
- 3 tbsp olive oil.
PREPARATION
1. First, prepare the sauce for the canapés. Chop the nuts, finely chop the mint leaves.
2. Mix it all with olive oil. Add cumin seeds and finely grated lemon zest. Mix thoroughly.
3. Cut the cheese into pieces, thread a canapé stick through each and dip it in the sauce.
4. Now prepare the remaining ingredients: slice the cucumber, remove pits from olives and cut them in half.
5. Skewer in order: after the cheese comes the cucumber, then olive, then mint leaf. Thus, without much effort, you`ll get a delicious appetizer for the festive table.
Canapés with tomato and cheese
INGREDIENTS
- 20 cherry tomatoes;
- 100 g cheese;
- bunch of fresh basil;
- 4 tbsp olive oil;
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar;
- 1 garlic clove;
- salt and pepper to taste.
PREPARATION
1. Cut the tomatoes in half. If desired, you can put them in the oven and bake for a couple of minutes.
2. Any cheese that you like best will do. If necessary, cut into pieces, preferably cubes, matching the tomato size.
3. One of the main ingredients is fresh basil. You can use other greens, but this one fits perfectly in this case. Wash and dry it.
4. Then prepare the sauce to make the canapés spicy and unusual. In a small bowl, mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add salt and pepper, as well as garlic (optional). Mix everything thoroughly.
5. Now assemble the canapés. First skewer half a tomato, cheese, and a basil leaf folded in half. Then add another tomato half and arrange on a plate. All that`s left is to drizzle the canapés with the sauce and serve.
Canapés with cottage cheese and cucumber
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cucumber;
- 100 g cottage cheese;
- 4 slices of bread;
- 2 garlic cloves;
- greens;
- salt to taste.
PREPARATION
1. Thoroughly mix the cottage cheese with chopped greens and garlic, add salt.
2. Slice the cucumber into thin strips (vertically).
3. Divide each bread slice into 3 parts.
4. Spread the cottage cheese mixture on the bread. Skewer the cucumber on a canapé stick and insert it into the bread. Original and simple canapés are ready.
Canapés with herring
INGREDIENTS
- 1 herring;
- rye bread;
- mustard.
PREPARATION
1. Cut the bread into small pieces.
2. Clean the herring, divide and cut into small pieces (matching the bread pieces).
3. Spread mustard on the bread, place a piece of herring on top. Instead of mustard, you can use something else you prefer. Thread a canapé stick through it all and the canapé is ready!
Canapés with melon
INGREDIENTS
- 100 g melon;
- 100 g salted salmon;
- 50 g avocado;
- 40 g greens;
- 8 quail eggs;
- 5 slices of rye bread;
- sesame seeds;
- spices.
PREPARATION
1. Cut the bread into pieces and fry in a pan until crisp. Meanwhile, boil the eggs.
2. Cool the bread and layer the sliced fish on top.
3. Blend avocado, melon, greens, and spices until smooth. Place this mixture on the fish.
4. Skewer the boiled (peeled) eggs on a canapé stick, then insert it into the assembled creation. The appetizer is ready!
Canapés with pineapple
INGREDIENTS
- 200 gr. pineapple;
- 200 gr. hard cheese;
- 100 gr. pitted olives.
PREPARATION
1. In this recipe, everything is trivially simple. First, cut the cheese into equal pieces.
2. Then drain the liquid from the canned pineapples and cut them into the same pieces as the cheese.
3. Skewer a piece of pineapple on a canapé stick, then an olive, then a piece of cheese. Believe it or not, the canapés are ready, and you`re a great hostess!
