It`s best to sleep on your back or side. Also, pay attention to the pillow. It shouldn`t be too high, so that the neck is straight, but the chin doesn`t press against the chest.
2. Ignoring sunglasses.
The skin around the eyes is very thin, wrinkles appear easily on it. When you squint in bright light - it`s a strong load on the skin around the eyes, which leads to rapid aging and wrinkles around the eyes. Therefore, wear sunglasses on sunny days, which can also occur in winter.
3. Eating style.
When there are problems with teeth, a person, while eating, chews food on one side. If you develop such a habit for a long time, facial asymmetry can occur. Muscles on one side become weak, on the other - they are in constant tone.
Try to chew food on both sides, and at the slightest discomfort in the gums or teeth - hurry to the dentist.
4. How you talk on the phone.
If you like to talk on the phone for a long time, and at the same time, you need free hands - use headphones or speaker. The habit of squeezing the phone between the ear and shoulder leads to wrinkles on the face and sagging cheeks.
5. Using a tablet or smartphone.
I often notice this habit in myself. While reading books, using a tablet or smartphone, many people tilt their head. Try to pay attention to it and not do that, otherwise there will be wrinkles on the neck, loose cheek skin, and swollen circles under the eyes.
6. Habit of propping chin on hand.
If, while sitting at the computer or reading your favorite book, you tend to prop your chin on your hand, try not to do it anymore. In this position, the facial skin becomes less elastic, starts to sag, and premature wrinkles appear.
7. Grumpy facial expression.
Sadness leads to facial expressions harmful to the face. If you are constantly dissatisfied with something, frown, purse your lips, expect early wrinkles.

8. Long hot shower.

9. Using air conditioner.
The air conditioner is definitely harmful to the human body. It takes moisture from the air, making it dry. The skin becomes much drier and more prone to injuries. Therefore, try to nourish and moisturize the skin well, and use the air conditioner only when necessary.

10. Pillowcase choice.
Cotton bedding is a common standard option, but a pillowcase from such material can harm the skin and lead to premature wrinkles, especially if you like to sleep on your side or often turn in your sleep. Because then you rub your face against the pillow. Therefore, it`s better to choose silk pillowcases - they rub less.
Don`t forget to change pillowcases regularly so that dead skin particles and bacteria don`t accumulate on them - this will reduce inflammation.
