Modern medicine seems capable of anything. Doctors have learned to perform operations in the mother`s womb and save the lives of unborn children. But why do many women panic at the thought of gynecologists and only visit them in emergencies.

The thing is that despite all the technological achievements, the doctor`s personality still plays the main role, and subconsciously we all fear encountering rudeness that often borders on moral sadism.
Almost every woman can tell a story of cruel treatment in the clinic.
”I was in a consultation with other pregnant women, after which we were sent to take tests for diabetes. We were assigned to a ward where we had to lie down for an hour after drinking glucose. A few minutes later, a woman after a spontaneous abortion was placed in our ward. She was crying in despair because it was another failed attempt, but there we were - happy and expecting babies. This woman`s mother arrived and asked to place her daughter in a separate ward, but the nurse started yelling that she wouldn`t open a ward and then wash it because of one IV that needs to be administered in an hour, but after receiving money from the woman`s mother, she did it anyway...”.
Often doctors treat their patients like ordinary objects. A mechanic can kick a broken car`s tire. Doctors also allow themselves to vent their anger on patients.
”At 17, I went to the gynecologist. The doctor asked how many partners I`ve had. I answered honestly, one. The doctor stuck her hand in me and brazenly said.. `What are you babbling to me? Of course, she had one, sure!`”
If the repair is poor quality, you can wave it off and buy a new car, but we only have one health.
The woman is completely in the doctor`s power, and the consequences allow for complete impunity.
Even if patients complain about the doctor, it won`t be much harm to the doctor, but the woman`s psyche can be broken for life...
”A 20-year-old friend went to the gynecologist. For the first appointment, she was somehow scheduled with a doctor from another clinic, which greatly angered the doctor. She decided to vent all her anger on the patient. Of course, she used a cold instrument and additionally started yelling: `Oh you wretch! You don`t know how to lie on the chair, but when it comes to sleeping with men, legs up right away!` Of course, my friend started crying from the insult, which caused even more anger in the doctor: `Now you`re going to cry here! This isn`t poking with a dick!` My friend was quiet and shy, and such treatment shocked her.
Next time she went to a paid clinic, but even there, after what she experienced, she had a hysteria and needed to be calmed!”
Many women from early childhood are accustomed to silently enduring all injustices. That`s why many decide to give birth at home, just to avoid ridicule in the clinic again...
”I was in the district hospital`s maternity ward. To make the amniotic fluid come out faster, the nurse punctured it. From her facial expression and muffled scream, it was immediately clear that she did something wrong. I asked for a cesarean, but they refused without giving a reason. Probably, they were too lazy to prepare the operating room. Six people stood next to me. Doctors and nurses literally started squeezing the baby out of me. Even then, I realized the child couldn`t survive. Which is what happened... When discharging from the maternity hospital, no one even said words of sympathy. On the contrary, they accused me of not being able to give birth normally...”
Unfortunately, such an attitude towards patients is gradually becoming the norm. Because in the clinic, a woman is not seen as a person, but as work, and do many of us go to work in a good mood?
