What is the reason for constant poor well-being? In fact, the source of the problem can be various diseases as well as improper diet.
1. Chronic pancreatitis

In this case, the body lacks certain enzymes for food processing. As a result, bloating occurs after consuming any type of food.
2. Irritable bowel syndrome

Intestinal bloating occurs due to disturbances in bowel movement function. In this case, the feeling of discomfort is accompanied by sharp pains.
3. Dysbacteriosis

Intestinal tract bloating is a consequence of microflora imbalance. Harmful organisms start producing gases (ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, methane).
4. Lactose intolerance

Often in adults, there is a lack of enzymes that help process lactose.
5. Intestinal obstruction

Such a pathological syndrome is observed in people with neoplasms and polyps in the intestinal area. It becomes an obstacle to food passage.
6. Improper diet

One of the most common causes of bloating is improper diet. Consuming large amounts of carbonated drinks, sweets, pastry products, potatoes, and legumes can cause gas formation in the intestines.

In addition to the above, dietitians recommend checking if your diet includes products that should not be consumed together. Primarily, this applies to fruits: they should be eaten an hour before the main meal or two hours after it.
How to get rid of bloating

If the bloating problem is not related to any disease, the painful symptoms can be alleviated by taking a few activated charcoal tablets. Also, exclude from the diet products that cause fermentation. Improve well-being with simple physical exercises.
The next day after bloating, give the intestinal tract a rest: during the day, eat only boiled rice and drink herbal teas. After the specified time ends, review your daily diet: for meats, prefer chicken, turkey, and veal.

Additionally, rice will be more suitable. But replace milk with cottage cheese, yogurt, or kefir. Daily, consume herbal infusions and teas (St. John`s wort, peppermint, and chamomile will be an excellent choice).

If bloating is caused by the exacerbation of some disease, do not delay a visit to the doctor. Health to you and your loved ones! Be sure to share this information with friends.
