How to train your belly
Start performing the exercise lying on your stomach, bending your elbows at a 90-degree angle. Pay special attention to your belly and hips: maximally tense your abs and glute muscles, under no circumstances lift your hips up.
While performing the exercise, try to breathe deeply and evenly. For greater effect, imagine that there`s a glass of water on your back that you must not spill under any circumstances. Try to hold the plank position for up to 1 minute.
Perform the exercise 3 times in a row every day, whenever you have a free moment. After a month, the result will be noticeable!
