2. Sunflower seeds

Seeds contain a lot of omega-6 fatty acids, which in large quantities are harmful to the body. They cause not only joint diseases but also skin diseases (eczema, acne). Omega-6 can deposit in the joints and increase pain by dissolving the cartilage layer between the bones.
3. Hard cheese

The product contains calcium ions in high concentration. And while a small amount of hard cheese is necessary, too frequent consumption causes muscle spasms and pain in the joints.
For people with arthritis, these 3 products are forbidden because they only complicate the treatment of the disease. But for those who do not yet have joint problems, we can recommend using them rarely and in small amounts. Remember that everything is good only in moderation.

Before each meal (but no more than 5 times a day), you should drink a glass of water with 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar added. This course lasts about two weeks. If a person has a sick stomach, the vinegar dose should be halved, but the treatment duration will increase to 4 weeks.

Ordinary garlic will also save from joint pain. Finely chop 5 garlic heads, pour over 0.5 liters of vodka and place in a dark place for 10 days. This tincture should be taken 1 tsp. before each meal.
