Weight loss for lazy people at home

Not everyone likes to spend time and money on gym classes and chooses a more accessible way to stay in shape - with the help of yoga. Yoga, using stretching, helps develop flexibility in a short period and make figure corrections.
This exercise helps prepare an untrained body for more intense load. By performing `Agaseki` regularly, you can not only lose weight in the thigh and abdominal area, but also become more flexible. Even if you are very lazy, find 3 minutes to create a beautiful body. Exercises are performed on an empty stomach.
`Agaseki` exercises

1. Lie down on the floor, relax. Spend 30 seconds tuning into stretching exercises.
2. Lift your legs up, bend them into frog pose: connect the soles of both feet with your hands. You will feel how the abdominal muscles, the back and inner thigh hip area tense up. This means you are doing everything correctly.
3. Stay in the pose for 15 seconds and slowly inhale and exhale 3 times.
4. Slowly lift your head and stretch with the back of your head towards the big toes of your feet. At the same time, do not tense your neck, but rather the entire upper body. Breathe deeply and stay in the pose for 10 seconds.
5. Slowly straighten both legs.

6. Bend one leg for 15 seconds, then the other.

The exercise stimulates metabolism, energizes in the morning, and prevents insomnia in the evening. To get rid of fats, several exercises will be needed. Yoga intended for weight loss will help not only the body to get in good shape, but also improve well-being.

Methods to lose weight at home are various, but if it is difficult for you to even get out of bed in the mornings, there are energizing exercises that can be performed in bed.
