2. Wash the black plums 2-3 times in cold water, pour boiling water over them, cover. Let them swell for 30 – 40 minutes. Then cut them into small pieces.
3. Mix the components in a salad bowl, dress the salad with kefir, let it infuse for 10 – 15 minutes.

Use all ingredients fresh. The salad averages 50 kcal per 100 g. You can use olive oil or flax oil for dressing. The second option is even more recommended – flax oil promotes fat breakdown. Do not add salt or spices.
