Blood vessel cleaning with lemon and garlic

Lemon contains minerals, essential oils, pectins, organic acids, flavonoids, all of which beneficially affect the condition of blood vessels.

Ingredients

6 lemons
30 garlic cloves
1 l water

Preparation

1. Wash the lemons, peel the garlic. Grind the prepared products in a meat grinder.
2. Put the mass in a pot, add water and put on the fire.
3. Let the mixture reach boiling temperature, but do not boil. Cool, pour the mass into a convenient container and put in the refrigerator.
4. For three weeks, every day, drink this drink 50 ml. Take a week break, then repeat the three-week course.

For preventive purposes, repeat such a procedure 2 times a year.
The drink improves blood circulation, strengthens immunity, prevents tumor development. It acts as an antioxidant and stimulates kidney and liver function.

But like all powerful remedies, it is forbidden to use if there is stomach and duodenal ulcer, pregnancy, lactation, epilepsy, allergy to any of the ingredients.
