4 small carrots,
2 oranges,
1 lemon,
1 small ginger root,
1 glass of water,
ice,
honey.

Preparing this cocktail won`t be difficult. First, you need to wash all the fruits. Then blend them with water and ice in a blender until you get a homogeneous mass. You can add a little honey if desired, but it`s not mandatory.

The cocktail is ready, drink it immediately. It will become an ideal start to the day, which will not only cleanse your body but also strengthen your immunity.
Ginger drink with cinnamon

Ingredients:

1 small ginger root,
2-3 tbsp pine syrup,
1 l water
Pinch of ground cinnamon

Preparation:

Peel the ginger root, chop finely and place in a small pot.

Pour over with hot water and boil for 10 minutes over medium heat.

Strain and let the decoction cool a bit.

Now add pine syrup and cinnamon. You can replace the syrup with honey, the effect won`t be worse. Just remember that honey loses its properties at temperatures above 40 degrees. Let the decoction cool and only then add honey.
Cold citrus tea with cardamom

Ingredients:

1 bunch of mint,
2-3 cm ginger root,
1 pinch of ground cardamom,
2 tbsp honey,
1 orange,
half a lemon,
0.5 l boiling water

Preparation:

Blend mint and ginger in a blender, add cardamom.

Put the resulting mass in a container, pour over with boiling water and let it stand for 30-40 minutes.

Strain, add honey. Squeeze in orange and lemon juice. Mix and let cool. It`s a real vitamin bomb.
Pomegranate water with ginger

Ingredients:

Half a pomegranate,
2-3 cm ginger root,
1 lime,
Ice,
Water.

Preparation:

Put pomegranate seeds in a large glass.

Peel ginger and grate on a fine grater. Cut lime into slices. Put everything in the glass.

Pour over with water and let it stand for a while. Add ice and the drink is ready!
Tea with dried fruits

Put all ingredients in a container, pour over with hot water and let stand for 20 minutes.
Tea with milk

Ingredients:

5-6 ginger root,
1 l water,
5 peppercorns,
5 cloves,
1 pinch of ground nutmeg,
1 pinch of cinnamon,
1 l low-fat milk,
3 tbsp black tea.

Preparation:

Grate ginger on a fine grater.

Heat water, add all ingredients and boil for 2-3 minutes over low heat. Then add milk, pour it in a thin stream.

After that, add black tea. Boil for 3-5 minutes.

Remove from heat, add honey and let stand for 15-20 minutes. Strain before drinking.
Honey drink with cinnamon and anise

Ingredients:

1 tsp cinnamon,
1 pinch of ground anise,
2 glasses of boiling water,
2 tsp honey.

Preparation:

Pour cinnamon and anise with boiling water, leave overnight.

In the morning, add honey.

Drink this beverage on an empty stomach in the morning and before bed, but no more than 250 ml per day.
