Potato diet for weight loss
Potato harvest season – the most suitable period for following the potato diet. It is during this time that root vegetables have the highest nutritional value.
Following the potato diet is absolutely easy, because potatoes are nutritious, satisfying, they contain a lot of plant proteins. Kefir beneficially affects digestion and is also rich in proteins.
1. First day`s menu
Breakfast: 1 boiled potato without salt, 200 ml fat-free kefir.
Lunch: 2 oven-baked potatoes (can be lightly salted), a cup of green tea without sugar.
Dinner: 2 glasses of fat-free kefir or plain drinking yogurt without additives.
2. Second day`s menu
Breakfast: 200 ml kefir.
Lunch: 2 oven-baked potatoes (can be lightly salted), a cup of green tea without sugar.
Dinner: 1 boiled potato without salt, 200 ml fat-free kefir.
3. Third day`s menu
Breakfast: 1 boiled potato without salt.
Lunch: 1 boiled potato without salt, 200 ml fat-free kefir.
Dinner: 200 ml kefir.
Personally, I adore potatoes, so it`s difficult for me to follow most diets, because this root vegetable is first on the list of excluded products in all weight loss systems.
When I learned about the potato diet, I decided to try it. It really works! The main thing – drink at least 1.5 liters of water a day and think positively.
