How to deliciously cook beef liver

You can make hearty pancakes from any liver: beef, chicken, or pork. We offer you to try one of the simplest and healthiest ways to prepare beef liver, which even children will like. And for those who diligently watch their figure, we have great news; 100 g of ready pancakes contains only 148 kcal!
Ingredients

• 500 g beef liver
• 2 onions
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup flour
• 2 tbsp sour cream
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

1. Before frying the delicious pancakes, the liver needs to be washed, cleaned of membranes, then soaked in milk or water for half an hour. This will rid it of possible bitterness and not very pleasant aroma.
2. After half an hour, wash the liver again, then cut into small pieces.
3. Grind them in a meat grinder or blender. Add chopped onions and grind again until a homogeneous mass forms.
4. Add flour, sour cream, and eggs to the ground liver. Mix thoroughly until you get a thick cream-like mass.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste. If you`re unsure how much salt to add to avoid oversalting the dish, we recommend putting 1 tsp of salt per 500 g of ground liver.
6. Put the liver batter in the refrigerator for half an hour. The flour will become more viscous, and the finished pancakes will be airy and won`t break.
7. Heat the pan, pour in vegetable oil, and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden crust. By the way, liver doesn`t like prolonged frying, so don`t overdo it.
8. Serve the pancakes with sour cream sauce and vegetable salad. You`ll lick your fingers!
These delicious liver pancakes will appeal to you from the first bite! I didn`t pay attention to this offal, considering it unworthy of attention, but once I made these tender pancakes and now I regularly prepare healthy and nutritious liver for my family!
