Let`s start with vitamins. Cocoa contains a lot of B-group vitamins, as well as vitamins A, E, PP, and beta-carotene. Each of them is responsible for skin beauty, bone strength, and good mood. In autumn, the craving for sweets can be explained by the body`s fatigue and lack of sunlight, which is compensated by the important vitamin E.
Antioxidants, which are in large quantities in cocoa, are more numerous than those you get from eating apples, oranges, drinking green and black tea. Antioxidants are the key to your skin`s youth and health!
Cocoa flavonoids positively affect the state of your cardiovascular system. This means that by regularly consuming cocoa, your blood vessels will be stronger, the heart will work more stably. As a result - prevention of heart attacks, strokes, lowering blood pressure, and improved blood flow to the brain.
Melanin, contained in cocoa beans, protects delicate women`s skin from ultraviolet and infrared rays. Accordingly, the skin will be less exposed to overheating, and the aging process in it will slow down.
Plant protein, fats, carbohydrates, sugar, organic and saturated fatty acids - you can`t name them all! The rich composition of cocoa places it among the healthiest products for women.
Iron and zinc in cocoa beans are much more than in all other products. To get the daily dose of these elements, two cups of cocoa and eating 2-3 pieces of dark chocolate are enough.
The harm from cocoa is related to its deep thermal processing, which it undergoes. It destroys part of the healthy substances that could positively affect your body. The worst cocoa products are those imported from China. Cocoa does not grow in China, so Chinese farms buy poor-quality cocoa beans to further process and produce low-quality products.
If for some reason you cannot consume cocoa (it could be - diabetes or overweight), use a cocoa substitute called carob. Unlike cocoa, it is sweet by itself, no need to add sugar or artificial sweeteners. Moreover, if you consume it daily in your diet, it reduces the amount of bad cholesterol in the blood.

To improve health, use only pure and quality cocoa powder. Products with added sugar, dry cream, stabilizers, and sweeteners will only harm health. Start your day with a cup of thick, hot cocoa, and positive changes in the body won`t take long!
