Boiled egg diet lets you lose 5 kg a week

Unfortunately, a magic recipe for weight loss does not exist. But one thing we know for sure: it`s impossible to lose weight without restricting calorie intake. That`s the most complicated part of any diet.


But don`t despair! There is a diet that has already helped many people lose tens of kilograms. In the first week alone, they managed to lose 5 kg. The main ingredient of this diet – eggs!


Remember! This low-calorie diet is intended for quick weight loss. It can only be used by absolutely healthy people. It`s not allowed to follow it for too long.

They are rich in all the nutrients necessary for humans:

vitamins: B12, B2, B5, A, E;
minerals: iron, zinc, calcium, magnesium, potassium;
monounsaturated fats - 25%;
polyunsaturated fats - 9,4%;
saturated fats - 18,1%.

Remember! Eggs have little vitamin C, so include vegetables and fruits rich in ascorbic acid in your diet.

Many warn that excessive egg consumption will cause an increase in blood cholesterol levels. In reality, eggs affect cholesterol levels very little. Saturated fats and trans fats are more dangerous for the body.

Diet menu

During the diet, you may feel fatigue and drowsiness – due to carbohydrate restriction. Try to do exercises every day to cheer yourself up and burn extra calories.

Week 1:

Monday:

Breakfast: 1 grapefruit and 2 boiled eggs.
Lunch: any fruits (except bananas) and 2 slices of bread.
Dinner: salad with boiled chicken.

Tuesday:

Breakfast: 1 grapefruit and 2 boiled eggs.
Lunch: salad with boiled chicken.
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs and an orange.

Wednesday:

Breakfast: fruits (except bananas) and 2 boiled eggs.
Lunch: a piece of hard cheese, a slice of bread and a tomato.
Dinner: salad with boiled chicken.

Thursday:

Breakfast: 1 grapefruit and 2 boiled eggs.
Lunch: any fruits (except bananas).
Dinner: salad with boiled chicken.

Friday:

Breakfast: any fruits (except bananas) and 2 boiled eggs.
Lunch: boiled vegetables and 2 boiled eggs.
Dinner: grilled or oven-baked fish, salad.

Saturday:

Breakfast: 1 grapefruit and 2 boiled eggs.
Lunch: any fruits (except bananas).
Dinner: salad with boiled chicken.

Sunday:

Breakfast: 1 grapefruit and 2 boiled eggs.
Lunch: boiled vegetables with chicken and tomato salad.

Week 2:

Lunch: salad and boiled chicken.
Dinner: any fruits (except bananas).

Sunday:

Breakfast: any fruits (except bananas) and 2 boiled eggs.
Lunch and dinner: baked chicken and vegetables.

Be sure to consult a doctor before drastically restricting your diet! Carefully monitor your health condition. The diet is really strict. But it will be a wonderful start to your new life!
