INGREDIENTS


- 300 g smoked chicken breast
- 300 g mushrooms
- 4 eggs
- 100 g onions
- 2 processed cheese
- 120 g tomatoes
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves

PREPARATION

1. Slice the mushrooms into thin slices. Place them on a heated pan and fry for 10 minutes without oil. The mushrooms will initially release juice and become moist, but it will evaporate in 10 minutes.

2. Salt and pepper the mushrooms, add a little oil.
3. Finely chop the onion and add to the mushrooms. Stir and fry for 10 minutes. Then transfer the mushrooms and onion to a bowl and let them cool.
4. Cut the smoked chicken breast into small pieces. Hard-boil the eggs, cool them, and grate.
5. Place the processed cheeses in the freezer for 40 minutes before grating. It will be much easier to grate them then.

6. Mix the cheese and eggs well. Add mayonnaise and minced garlic.
7. Time to layer the salad. Layer it: mushrooms, half of the egg mixture, chicken fillet, the remaining egg mixture. Place the salad in the refrigerator for an hour to soak well.
8. Decoratively slice the tomato and garnish the salad with it.
