Hand finger massage
1. To reduce appetite
To avoid overeating, thoroughly massage the tip of the little finger (the very top) before eating. Folk healers recommend that men and women perform this procedure differently. For the fairer sex, before noon, massage the finger in the direction of the clock hands, and after noon – in the opposite direction. Men should do it exactly the opposite.
2. For liver treatment
The index finger is responsible for liver function. Massaging it every day normalizes the organ`s work. Rub and knead the finger along its entire length, paying special attention to the very tip.
Also, perform the following exercise: Hook your index fingers together at chest height and pull your hands in opposite directions, trying to pull them apart. On inhalation – tense the muscles, on exhalation – relax.
Perform these procedures several times a day, and they will help activate your liver function.

3. Runny nose
Getting rid of a runny nose will be helped by the active point on the tip of the thumb. When you get sick, press on it and you`ll feel soreness. Using a plaster, attach a buckwheat grain to this spot. Press on it from time to time – this will help stop the nasal discharge and allow easier breathing.
4. Knee pain
The middle and ring fingers are responsible for our legs. So, if your knees hurt, using a plaster, attach carrot, tomato, or red pepper seeds to the middle joints of the fingers. Massage them in circular motions from time to time – this will reduce the soreness in the knees.
5. Stress relief
To get rid of stress, massage the little finger of the left hand with your thumb and index finger. Start massaging it in circular motions from the tip to the base. This will not only calm your nerves but also cheer you up after a hard day.
