5. Perform 50 swings.
Exercise `twisting`.

5. Hold the position for 1 to 2 seconds and return to the starting position.

3. Keep your free leg for balance. You can hold your free hand freely.
4. Return to the starting position and perform 50 repetitions (25 on each side).

1. Lie down on the floor. Take a ball in your hand and squeeze it.
2. Lift the upper part of your body for 4 seconds so that your torso is perpendicular to your legs.
3. Return to the starting position for 4 seconds. Continue the exercise at the same speed for exactly 1 minute.
Exercise `inchworm`.

1. Stand straight. For this task, you need a mat.
2. Bend down, touch the floor with your hands and slowly move forward to the position `almost lying`, but `walking` with your hands as far forward as possible.
3. Now pull your legs towards you and return to the starting position.
