14. Taboo topics in conversations: politics, religion, health, money.
Inappropriate question: ”My God, what a dress! How much did it cost?” How to react? Reply with a smile: ”It`s a gift!”. Turn the conversation to another topic. If the conversation partner insists, gently say: ”I wouldn`t like to talk about it”.
15. Every person who has reached 12 years of age has the right to be addressed as ”you” (formal).
It`s disgusting to hear people say ”you” (informal) to waiters or drivers. Even to those people you know well, in the office it`s best to address them as ”you”, and ”you” only when alone. Exception - if you are peers or close friends.
How to react if the interlocutor constantly addresses you with ”you”? First ask: ”Excuse me, are you saying that to me?” Otherwise, neutrally shrug: ”Excuse me, but we haven`t switched to ”you””.

It`s not allowed to talk about relatives, especially about husbands, as is customary with us. If the husband is bad - why don`t you divorce him? And just as with a disrespectful grimace, it`s not allowed to talk about your native country. ”In this country everyone is stingy ...” - in this case, you also belong to this category of people.
17. When coming to the cinema, theater, concert, heading to your seat, do it only facing the seated. The man goes first.
