We describe the most complicated customer types. After interacting with such “comrades” sometimes you need valerian drops. But we are all human and in different life moments we try on these roles. Let`s see if you recognize something about yourself too.

Despot

Initially dissatisfied with everything. Threatens you with complaints and dismissal. With him, you should avoid direct confrontation and communicate rationally.

The hasty one

There is a type of customer who needs everything done yesterday. People try to fulfill the order, but the client no longer needs it. Or it turns out there were a couple more days in reserve. Designers and ad makers suffer especially from such people.

This customer type doesn`t know what they need. Classic: Do you have something with mother-of-pearl buttons? will drive any salesperson to hysteria.

Their characteristic phrase, even if not said aloud: I know better. These are clients who always instruct the specialist on how to do it better, but then complain that it wasn`t done right.

This type wants to stand out from other people and not be like everyone else. For example, asks in cafes and restaurants to prepare food according to strange recipes, but then complains that it`s not tasty.

Good manners mean not being late and not stealing other people`s time. However, latecomers eternally run into class last. As they get older, nothing changes.
